I like that they are acknowledging concierge member's complaints but what annoys me lately is the fact they then want me to pay $30 plus shipping for the booklet and card. After spending nearly $2500 they couldn't reward me with a physical freebie? Something that cost them I expect less that $5 to make. So still trying to make a profit out of me. I wouldn't mind if I had to claim and then pay for shipping or even sell these goods at cost.
